Now that the decision has been made to become a romance reader you will need a few things to become a true romance bookworm:
Yet, with every good things comes the bad. The major problem in
being a vivid romance bookworm is that its hard to find storage for all the books you will buy
over the years. You will be surprised at how fast you book collection will grow. So I would
advise you to stock up on storage totes or bookselves.
The other problem is the money you will spend on buying romance
novels. The fact that most large paperback romances are $4.99 at Wal-Mart to $7.99 at the large
book chains (like Books-A-Million, Barnes-n-Noble, or Walden's Bookstore) can mean major money
spent on paperbacks alone.
Hardback books are another story entirely. Hardback books start
around $14.00 and contiues in price. Sometimes, you can be lucky and find hardback books on sell
in the bargain book section but, those hardback books are usually a couple of years old and you
may already have it in paperback. Yet, the good thing about hardback books is that they are
more valuable in the long run and are more than likely to be in bigger print and you may keep
them in better condition.
The cheapest books are the series books by Harlequin, Silhouette,
and many more. They sell for as low as $2.49 and as high as $5.00. This is depending on the type
of series books available which are mostly modern day romances with fanatsy and historical
romances. Only thing about series books are they are usually 100 to 200 pages shorter than
romance novels.
So when you become a true romance reader make sure you have a little bit of money and a lot of boxes and storage space.
